Shipping

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. UPS ground used for most shipments, unless specified. Standard shipping insurance for the replacement value of each shipment is added to all shipments. Shipments made by common carrier are sent collect unless prior arrangements have been made. On time sensitive orders, or where overnight, or next day service is necessary, please call us to place your order. Northeast Stage will take reasonable care to try to find the least expensive carrier that can reliably deliver your shipment. Northeast Stage cannot be held responsible for the performance of any shipper, whether our choice or yours. Northeast Stage does not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please allow additional time when placing orders on or around these days. Northeast Stage is unable to ship C.O.D. Northeast Stage ships to all points in the United States, as well as Worldwide.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following policy applies to all returns:

No returns will be accepted on cut merchandise, special orders, or custom fabrication. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at Northeast Stage's discretion. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging. If you receive any damaged items, or find a discrepancy, you must contact us at sales@northeaststage.com within 48 hours of receipt. If you are interested in making a return, please email us at sales@northeaststage.com. At that time we will email you our return form which you must complete and email back to us. Once we receive the completed return form, we will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. When returning items, mark the outside of your package with your RGA number. Any returns received without an RGA Number will not be accepted or processed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, please include a copy of your original receipt or packing list. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless items were processed incorrectly or received damaged (Sorry, no C.O.D.'s). Credits/Refunds will be issued after the Northeast Stage Warehouse personnel receives and inspects the returned merchandise. The Northeast Stage return policy is subject to change without notice.
